Changing Favicon

Favicon is a small icon that appears in browser tabs and bookmarks.

How to Change

1. Prepare a favicon image:

   • Format: PNG, JPG, or ICO
   • Shape: Square (1:1)
   • Maximum size: 100KB

2. Open Settings in Blogger dashboard

3. Scroll to Basic section

4. Click Favicon → upload image

5. Click Save

Favicon Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Favicon not changing in browser	Press Ctrl + Shift + R for hard refresh
Favicon not changing in Google	Takes a few days/weeks, Google will update automatically
Favicon looks blurry	Use image with minimum 32x32 px resolution

Recommended Size

For best results, use images at 32x32 px or 64x64 px.

Replacing Title with Logo

Replace your blog's text title with a logo image for a more professional look.

How to Replace

1. Prepare a logo image file (PNG/JPG format)

2. Open Layout in Blogger dashboard

3. Click Edit on the Header widget

4. Click Upload image → select logo file

5. In Placement, select "Instead of title and description"

6. Click Save

Tips for Creating Logo

Horizontal shape (landscape)	Square shape 1:1
Single line text	2-3 lines of text
Resolution ~200x50 px	Too large (>500px)
Transparent background (PNG)	Solid white background

Recommended Logo Size

Template	Logo Size
All templates	200 x 50 px (recommended)
Maximum	300 x 80 px

Square Logo

If your logo is square (1:1), it will appear small because templates are optimized for horizontal logos.

Footer usually contains copyright, blog name, or other brief information.

How to Edit

1. Open Layout in Blogger dashboard

2. Find the "Footer Text" widget → click Edit

3. Enter desired text

4. Click Save
